Shipping & Delivery
Really Good Supplies uses a fixed rate shipping charge for all orders, no matter how large your order, you will pay the fixed rate which has been set depending on your geographic location. If you spend over £25 GBP online, you will be entitled to free shipping. This offer only applies if your delivery address is located in mainland United Kingdom. The free delivery does not apply to multiple address delivery.
Price Match Promise
If you have seen a product that we sell, at a cheaper price elsewhere, we will be more than happy to try to match or beat it. There are a few terms and conditions which apply, these are:
1 - We will need to know the full name and/or website address of the store which is selling the cheaper item
2 - We will need to know the cheaper items price - Including any applicable VAT
3 - The cheaper priced item must be from a UK store, and shipped from the UK
4 - The cheaper priced item must currently be in stock with the competitor

Returns & Replacements
Really Good Supplies offer a 10 day returns policy. Providing all items are not used, still in their original packaging and not damaged we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept payments from all major Credit and Debit Cards. We do not accept American Express. While we do our best to ensure prices are up to date and correct, errors may occur, in which case you will be contacted before your order is processed. In the event of an error in any pricing or description on the website, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for those particular items. All prices on this website include VAT at the current UK rate of 17.5%
